Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By purchasing or using Favade ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Favade provides a real-time web radar for Counter-Strike 2. Features and supported maps may change at any time without notice.
3. License
A license is granted on a per-device basis through hardware fingerprinting (HWID). A single license may be re-bound to a new device by submitting a reset request in the Discord ticket system. We may decline reset requests at our discretion if abuse is suspected.
4. Payment
Payment is in cryptocurrency only, in the equivalent amount of €39 EUR at time of purchase. Once a license has been generated and delivered, the sale is final. No refunds.
5. Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key. You may not reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by mandatory law. We may suspend or revoke licenses for violations.
6. Risk
Use of third-party tooling alongside Counter-Strike 2 is at your own risk. We make no representations or warranties about account safety, anti-cheat compatibility, or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark, except where mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.
